The number one thing we evaluate when reviewing companies is the team. We are looking for extremely committed founders who have the expertise, drive, and grit to build the world’s best companies.

Given the remote-first nature of our program, we accept teams from all over the world. By casting a wider net, we strive to empower founders from emerging markets that may have been overlooked by the traditional VC and accelerator industries.

While all companies in our program need to be building in web3, we do not focus on one specific subvertical within the web3 ecosystem. Given how fast the crypto space evolves, we believe that it is a fool 's errand to attempt to predict the next big trend in web3; we welcome all companies focusing on everything from DeFi and Infrastructure to NFTs and Metaverse.

We look for teams building great products - products that solve a pressing need for consumers. We don 't care if your customers are businesses or individuals, we just want to see real products at the core of our companies.
